IBS signature programming includes our Speaker Series, Jessor Distinguished Lectures, and Flash Talks. These events promote interdisciplinary learning and community engagement. All lectures and talks take place at IBS 155A and via Zoom.

This fast-paced event features one IBS faculty or fellow from each of our programs and centers. Participant get seven minutes to share highlights from a major project or area of research, with the goal to promote interdisciplinary learning and a shared understanding of the incredible research being done at IBS. We offer flash talks twice a semester, typically in place of a Speaker Series event on Monday.
