Curriculum Vitae Writing Workshop

IBS Graduate and Postdoctoral Training Program
The Institute of Behavioral Science graduate and postdoctoral training program is planning a Curriculum Vitae writing workshop for next Friday 12/11 11-12pm. This workshop is intended for both graduate and postdoctoral students who would like to develop a CV or improve upon an existing CV. The first part of the session will involve a general overview of what makes for a successful CV in terms of both content and format. The rest of the session will be a hands-on writing workshop in which you will be able to either: (1) start or continue developing your CV with mentors available to answer questions, or (2) receive feedback on your existing CV from fellow grad students and faculty.
If you would like to attend this workshop, please RSVP to danielle.denardo@colorado.edu by Friday 12/4. Be sure to let us know which department you are in and whether you plan on using the workshop primarily as time to develop your CV or would like to receive feedback on your existing CV.
Light lunch will be served. Please bring a laptop and a hard copy of your CV (if you have one) as well as your questions.
