Dissertation Grant Writing Boot Camp

May 17, 2016 @ 9:00 am - May 19, 2016 @ 5:00 pm

You’re invited to join us for a three-day “boot camp” on dissertation grant writing, 9-5 p.m. on May 17-19 in IBS 155B. Lunch will be provided daily. Each day will consist of a mix of presentations from experts, small-group mentoring sessions, and supported writing time. One day will focus on the front half of the proposal, one on the back half, and one on the budget and supporting documentation. You can expect to come out of the boot camp having gotten feedback on your plan and your budget and having made substantial progress on writing a dissertation grant proposal.

This workshop is suitable for social/behavioral science Ph.D. students who: (1) have defended or are drafting their dissertation proposal, and (2) have one or more specific dissertation grants in mind. Both those who are and are not affiliated with the Institute of Behavioral Science (IBS) are welcome to participate. Please only sign up if you meet these criteria and can attend the full boot camp. Email IBS graduate training director Prof. Stefanie Mollborn at mollborn@colorado.edu if you have any questions. Thanks for your interest!

This workshop is full; registration is now closed.
