Broadly, my research interests lie at the intersection of social and health psychology. My graduate work has focused on motivation and exercise behavior, as well as the mechanisms underlying yoga’s health-promoting effects. I also pursue secondary interests in cannabis and health.
I was born and raised in Salem, OR. I completed my undergraduate education at Willamette University, also in Salem. In my free time, I enjoy riding horses, camping, and all things fitness.
