Brief Biography
I am a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of Colorado Boulder. My fields of concentration are Public Policy and Comparative Politics, with a strong focus on regulatory matters, competition law, and public infrastructure. I hold a graduate administrative law certificate and an MBA in Law and Regulation in the electric sector. As a lawyer, I have experience in administrative and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on Competition Law, Regulation, and Infrastructure.
