Brief Biography
My research interests lie at the intersection of spatial demography, population health, medical sociology, and the environment and natural resources. The overarching objective of my research is to advance understanding of the environmental, socioeconomic, and structural factors that have created striking geographic disparities in population health in the United States. I use multilevel and spatial analysis to answer my research questions.
