A special issue of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) features research from the Center for the Collaborative Synthesis in Archaeology (CCSA), funded by the Institute of Behavioral Science. CCSA Director and Associate Professor of Anthropology, Scott Ortman, worked with colleagues Amy Bogaard of the University of Oxford and Timothy Kohler of Washington State University to bring together the issue. Their research explores evidence of inequality based on housing sizes from the archeological record around the world. Read more about the special issue by Rachael Sauer for the Colorado Arts & Sciences Magazine.
