Internal: Hybrid Technology Office Hours

If you are planning to run hybrid meeting in any of the IBS conference rooms this coming semester, please read carefully and add one of these events to your calendar!
I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Summer. If you haven’t been in the building over the summer, you may notice that the technology in the conference rooms on the second and third floors has changed. We anticipate making the same changes to the other conference rooms in the building this year. We have good, comprehensive instructions in each room for how to use the new systems, but we know that it’s sometimes helpful to get some hands-on experience before you try to use them in your next team meeting. To help with that, we’ll be running four in-person sessions where we’ll do a quick demonstration, talk through some troubleshooting steps, and give you a chance to try it out yourself and ask questions. These will be held on the following dates, and I’ve attached calendar invitations for each of them. All will be held in the second floor conference room, IBS 290:
Tuesday, August 22nd from 1pm to 2pm
Thursday, August 24th from 11am-12pm
Monday, August 28th from 2pm-3pm
Wednesday, August 30th from 3pm-4pm
