We invite your feedback on issues relating to IBS.

Please use this form to voice your comments or concerns relating to the Institute of Behavioral Science (IBS), including issues of diversity and equity. The feedback entered on this form will be shared with the IBS Director and the IBS Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. You can express your concerns anonymously or you may provide your name if you feel comfortable and would like IBS leadership to follow up with you.

If you experience or witness problematic behavior such as microaggressions or instances of harassment, there are several campus resources and options to consider for additional assistance.

Please be aware that if any person is named in feedback that relates to sexual misconduct or discrimination based on protected class, the information will be shared with the University of Colorado Boulder’s Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC). You can also report such information directly to OIEC by emailing cureport@colorado.edu or using the incident report form on their Don’t Ignore It website. Reporting and resource options for a range of concerns can be found on the Don’t Ignore It site. The CU-Boulder Office of Victim Assistance and the Ombuds Office are campus resources for confidential advice that do not have an obligation to report to OIEC.

In addition, CU’s Office of Research Integrity provides resources and support for concerns involving scientific and ethical compliance.
