Brief Biography
Evgeny Noi is a postdoctoral research associate at the CU Population Center and the Institute of Behavioral Science. He earned his Ph.D. in Geography from the University of California – Santa Barbara working with Somayeh Dodge and Alan Murray. His research focuses on data-driven analytics for population of movement caused by various disruptive events, such as COVID-19 and wildfires.
