Brief Biography
Grant Webster is an Economics PhD student at the University of Colorado. His research interests include topics related to environmental regulations, air pollution, and natural disasters. Grant is also a Research Assistant with the Wildfire Research Center studying households’ wildfire mitigation and evacuation decision-making.
