Brief Biography
Kathryn Sullivan is a PhD student in the Environmental Studies Department at the University of Colorado. Her research focuses on utilizing community-based methods to address environmental injustice, with a particular emphasis on mental health issues. Kathryn’s graduate work employs a mixed-methods approach, including stakeholder engagement, innovative community participation methodologies, and the application of environmental justice principles.
Prior to pursuing graduate studies, Kathryn earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Environmental Science and Biology, Health, & Society from the University of Michigan.
