Brief Biography

I work within the Prevention Science Program as a LifeSkills Training Implementation Coordinator. I received my Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science: Social Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity from the University of Northern Colorado (UNC), and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Education from Florida State University. I worked previously as a Mental Health Educator and Group Fitness Instructor while at UNC, and as a Sports Coach at various Elementary schools. I am interested in using a holistic approach to assist others and myself in developing and sustaining social, emotional, and physical well-being.
