Brief Biography

Sylvia Cardozo McGee holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and is dedicated to building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and making essential resources more accessible. With extensive experience in community outreach, project management, and bilingual services, Sylvia has successfully connected stakeholders with organizational missions through numerous engagement initiatives.

Currently, Sylvia serves as a Bilingual Family Interviewer, conducting interviews in both English and Spanish, collecting qualitative data, and supporting families at the Let’s Connect Program at the Center for Resiliency and Well-Being. Outside of her professional commitments, she cherishes spending quality time with her husband and children, hiking, trail running, and exploring new places through travel. Sylvia’s dedication to community engagement and improving the lives of children and families is evident in all her endeavors.
