Nearly 80% of criminal cases use video evidence. But the U.S. has no formal guidelines on how video is used in court. Associate Professor of Media Studies at CU Boulder, Sandra Ristovska, aims to change that. On April 25, Ristovska will host Justice by Video, an interdisciplinary, collaborative workshop exploring how research can improve the video evidence legal process.
